Made to Order vs. Pre-Made Products

Check the description of the product carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to delivery/shipment or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is delivery/shipment ready while the made-to-order products take up to 50 business days to be created for you, before sending to delivery/shipment.
Look for the following notice under product description and dimensions “This product is ready for delivery or shipment” if a product is ready for delivery/shipment immediately.

Order timeline for made to order products

Our company handcrafts products within 50 business days from the day of the order placement.
Orders processing sometimes can be faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time due to specifics of the production & technology processes of handmade products.


Local & international Delivery services we work with: Nova Poshta, Meest Express, UkrPosta (standard post shipment), UPD, Nochnoi Express, Cargo-Ukraine, DHL.
Delivery terms within the territory of Ukraine: 2-5 days after payment is received if product is available in stock.
Customers can pickup products from the office (works for Kyiv only), after payment is received and products availability is checked by the manager. Products require to be delivered from the storage, so it may take 1 day to deliver them to the office after the order is made and paid by the customer.
These terms are working with pre-made products.


To deliver abroad we work with DHL, UPD, UkrPosta (standard post shipment), Meest Express. Shipping costs are fully paid by a Buyer.
Depending on where you live & what shipping service you decided to use, the shipping time before your product to reach you, may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order shipment will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout screen.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax (VAT, GST, other) is charged according to the territory to which the item is shipped.


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product, photos and description of defects.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live & what shipping/delivery service you decided to use, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 cost, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include personalized and/or customized items. Those items are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Lost or Damaged Items:
MyVision® is not responsible for any errors made by the shipping or delivery service. Buyer is responsible for providing correct spelling on all personalized items.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, within a reasonable period of time, to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by a Buyer. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
